- Registration fees do not include accommodation (hotels, dinner and breakfast) costs.
- Registration fees cover congress participation, conference publications, lunches, drinks during morning and evening breaks, one-day agricultural touristic trip and the gala dinner.
- Graduate students participating in the conference are required to provide proof of thrir status.
- Registration fees for accompanying persons cover the one-day agricultural touristic trip and the gala dinner only.
